I feel that the intellectual freedom is fair because we have the kind of freedom to speak how we want to speak and we can also do whatever we want to say and we can also say what we want to say to other people even if it is mean but it can not offend that person but so then that means that we can not say anything rude to another person because they might get offended because of what that person said to the other person.

I feel that the first amendment should put in a lot more examples in the reading. People should be allowed o do what they want to do around the world. The people might be taking this too far because they have to follow the first amendment but they do have to follow the first amendment because it is the law rule for people so that means that they do can not do what they want to do when they travel to a different country or state.

I feel the first amendment is not all that fair. I do not support all the first amendment, but parts I do. I feel people deserve to have their own thoughts on everything. I think people should be able to share their thoughts and feelings on whatever they want, but not hurt others with their words. When people are prosecuted wrongly, they should use this amendment to help them understand. Every person, no matter what they do or undergo, shall be able to have the right if using the first amendment when they feel they have been wrongly prosecuted.

What I think about Intellectual Freedom. First of all I think everyone should have there own opinion. But not against religion because that is what they practice and believe in. How would you feel if some one came into your house while you where praying and told you to stop because they stop it was wrong . Secondly I think people should have there own voice. This means that they can say anything that you want but at the same time have to think about what they are saying and also be respectful. And thirdly I think people should have there intellectual freedom for when they are wearing clothes this means that if someone is wearing a George bush shirt and someone comes up to them and tells them to take it off because the do not like him. How would you like it if someone came to you or someone you loved and told them to take there shirt or hat off JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN OPINION. But people should also be respectful of what they wear. As you can see all three of these reasons tie into intellectual freedom and what I think about it.

The first amendment I think is to tell us that we also have restrictions and privileges to deal with as Americans and respect. The intellectual freedom thing I think means that we have our freedoms and rights. If we don’t abide by those rules than we shouldn’t have the rights as promised in the above statement. I agree with the intellectual freedom thing as long as the rights to have our own opinion. I agree to the 1st amendment also as long as the privileges and the responsibilities are protected by the up most authorities to be judged fairly.
